| The Simply Perfect (Basic Day of Coordinating ) Simply Perfect is intended for the Bride who wants to plan most of her wedding on her own. We will be there to make sure your entire occasion runs smoothly. During our final consultation we discuss details for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. At this time we accepts responsibility for the flawless supervision of each of these events, leaving you time to focus on family and friends. Pre-Wedding *Etiquette guidance and suggestions * List of area of professional vendors/ceremony/reception/dinner sites * 3 meetings with the couple and/or vendors to discuss wedding details *Unlimited contact via phone, email, fax, etc. *Provide information on obtaining a marriage license and change name kit *Assist the groom with his duties/responsibilities of the wedding planning * Obtain bridal items for ceremony/reception * Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet and map for the wedding vendors * Contact each vendor wedding week to ensure their contracted services * Direct and assist at rehearsal-providing each attendant with a wedding day agenda Wedding Day: *Meet vendors at ceremony and reception sites for their deliveries and setups *Arrive prior to ceremony and remain until clean up time after reception *Distribute any remaining payments to vendors *Hand out tossing items and/or favors to guests * Provide a bridal emergency kit * Bustle wedding gown at the reception * Coordinate reception details :Bridal Couple entrance first dance, cake cutting, toasting departure,& exit *Decorate Wedding Suite if desired Guest Count up to 150 - $900 Guest Count over 150 - $1200 |
