Pre-Wedding *Discuss wedding dreams, expectations and budget *Etiquette guidance and suggestions *List of area of professional vendors/ceremony/reception/dinner sites * Arrange and attend appointments with vendors *Create a personal notebook with timeline fit to your schedule budget and samples * Set up accommodation blocks for out of town guests * Set up transportation for the wedding weekend for guest and bridal party * Unlimited meetings with the couple to discuss wedding details *Unlimited contact via phone, email, fax, etc. *Provide information on obtaining a marriage license and change name kit *Assist with Save the Dates and Invitations * Assist with bridal portrait, obtaining the bouquet and being on site *Assist the groom with his duties/responsibilities of the wedding planning * Obtain bridal items for ceremony/reception * Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet and map for the wedding vendors * Personally contact each vendor wedding week to ensure their contracted services * Direct and assist at rehearsal-providing each attendant with a wedding day agenda Wedding Day *Meet vendors at ceremony and reception sites for their deliveries and setups *Arrive prior to ceremony and remain until clean up time after reception *Distribute any remaining payments to vendors *Hand out tossing items and/or favors to guests *Return any rented items to industry professionals (day of or following day) * Provide a bridal emergency kit * Bustle wedding gown at the reception * Coordinate reception details: Couple entrance and first dance, cake cutting, toasting departure, exit *Decorate Wedding Suite if desired Wedding Budgets of $30,000 or less - $2800 Wedding Budgets exceeding $30,000 - 10% |
