| A La' Carte This Service is for the Bride who wants to pick and choose the services she needs. We will work with each bride to establish a budget based on her own personal wishes. Basic Rehearsal/Ceremony Only Coordination $200.00 an hour 3 hour minimum Manage the Rehearsal & Ceremony. Coordinate and distribute detailed itinerary to the ceremony vendors, Overlook and help with ceremony set up: guest book, programs, Guest management/seating. Form & cue the processional line-up. Collect flowers, marriage license, pew bows, guest book and other items Basic Reception Only Coordination $200.00 an hour 4 hour minimum Manage the reception. Includes Reception Set-up/Decoration: Decorate your reception site with your decorations according to your specifications. Coordination of itinerary/details with other vendors at the reception. Supervision of reception events: grand entrance, toast, first dance, cake cutting, monetary dance, garter/bouquet toss. Hourly Wedding Coordination 2 hour minimum is required $50 per hour, per service rendered Accompaniment to vendor appointments Budget development and analysis Menu tasting and menu selection Review of site and vendor contracts Assembly of gift baskets Type guest list to prepare for mailing Stuff, stamp and mail invitations Assemble favors and transport Deliver welcome packages to hotel Accompany bride and/or bridesmaids for fitting Accompany bride to hair and makeup appointments Pick up bridal gown and deliver to ceremony Deliver gown to be preserved after the ceremony Deliver bouquet to be preserved Assist with the decorations Assist with gift purchases Bridal Luncheons |
